The following schedules show the standard yearly
pesticide application rates
for growing Oranges and Grapefruit in Florida. These application schedules are exact
printings from a citrus grove management company in Vero Beach - Indian River County,
Florida. The grove management company providing this information wishes to remain
anonymous, but are considered to be representative of all Florida Groves. Note the
use of the DDT containing pesticide "Kelthane" (outlined in red) in each orange
and grapefruit spray schedule. Directly below is the spray schedule for Murcott Oranges.
